Nothing that I didn't like.

The location is convenient, with the shuttle bus stop and a convenience store nearby. the room is cozy, with basic amenities provided. the staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating, providing shuttle service and recommendations. the breakfast is delicious and varied, with effort put into its preparation. the common facilities, like the pool table and gaming system, are entertaining.

The bathroom is small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to use.

Awesome location near a variety of stores and restaurants. It was a relief that the shuttle service to and from the airport was complimentary and timely. I appreciated the variety of breakfast offered daily, and the cleanliness of the rooms brought me peace of mind.

Sadly, I noticed two protruding nails in my room that could have injured someone if not handled carefully. , the noise level in the corridors and neighboring rooms was a bit too high, leading to poor sleep quality on some nights.

We had a fantastic stay at Seventh Heaven in Hakuba. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, providing helpful information and even driving us to local attractions. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was great, and there were plenty of common areas to relax after a day of skiing. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hakuba.

Friendly staff, great location, and delicious breakfast. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful with arranging ski equipment and transportation. The hotel is located near a bus stop and 7 Eleven for convenience, and close to bars and restaurants. The breakfast was a highlight with a variety of options and something different served every day.

Cozy and welcoming atmosphere, helpful staff, convenient location. the lodge had a lovely atmosphere with a common area where we could meet and chat with other guests. the staff were really friendly and helped us get around the city and find great places to eat. the location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby, and a shuttle bus stop a short walk away.

Lack of room decoration, limited breakfast options. Although our room was clean and comfortable, it lacked any decorations or personal touches to make it feel more homely.
